Brett established BMR Business Solutions in 1994 after having worked in public practice since 1994. Brett was born in Rockhampton but has lived in Brisbane for most of his life. He graduated from Oral Roberts University (Oklahoma, USA) in 1985 and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 1994.
Brett believes in offering a personalized, friendly service to clients. He has over 25 years’ experience advising small to medium sized business across a broad range of taxation, accounting and superannuation. He also has a particular interest in the primary production industry.

Sean Gough
CPA
Sean has been working in public practice since 1986 whilst studying full time at Griffith University. He completed his degree in 1987 and went on to study to become a Certified Practicing Accountant (member of CPA Australia).
Working in a medium sized public practice in the CBD for over 17 years has allowed him to gain experience in a wide range of accounting, taxation and business services rather than specialising in one particular area. During this time he also had experience in Audit, Due Diligence and Reporting Statutory Financial statements for sporting clubs, gaming machines, charities, large corporations and public companies. This diversity over the years is what he can offer to clients of BMR Business Solutions.
Over the last 26 years, Sean has realized the importance of client rapport and relationships built on a professional basis. It is important to be available to all clients and to build a relationship of mutual respect, trust and confidence. He continues to have clients who have enjoyed this service for more than 20 years.
Sean is available to provide a range of taxation, business and planning services to an extensive portfolio of clients; from individual taxpayers to small and medium size businesses and large corporate structures.
Kerry Gough

Kerry began working in public practice in 2000 while she completed her Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) on a part time basis. Upon graduating in 2004, she commenced employment with BMR Business Solutions and went on to study to become a Certified Practicing Accountant (member of CPA Australia).
In her role as a Senior Accountant, Kerry provides business, accounting and taxation services as well as advice for all individuals and business clients. Her main focus, within the practice, is Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, and is responsible for the administration and management of our Superannuation Fund clients.
Kerry is also a Commissioner of Declarations, and, as a service to BMR Business Solutions, has the ability to witness documents where necessary. Should you require a Com.Dec service, please contact our office to make a mutually convenient time to meet with her.
Glen Levitt
CPA
Glen completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting at Griffith University in 2004, after which, he commenced his employment with BMR Business Solutions. He has since gone on to study to become a Certified Practicing Accountant (member of CPA).
In his role as a Senior Accountant at BMR Business Solutions, Glen provides business advisory and taxation services to a wide range of individuals and business entities, and looks after most of our primary production clientele.
Renée Rolfe
CA
Renée graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy). She became a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2008. Renée worked in several mid-tier accounting firms from 2005 to 2019 as a taxation accountant, and as an internal financial accountant.
Having commenced with BMR Business Solutions in 2020, Renée has experience with small to medium business in a wide range of industries, with a particular interest in health services. Renée is proficient with MYOB and Xero, and can assist clients with their bookkeeping and payroll needs.
Tamie Donohue
Office Manager and Bookkeeper
Tamie joined BMR Business Solutions in 2003 as a receptionist and is now the firm’s Office Manager. She has completed business and administration certificates through TAFE.
Tamie’s role includes accounts payable and debt collection, corporate administration, payroll services, bookkeeping and BAS preparation.
Angie Sharp
Receptionist
Angie was a medical receptionist for over 20 years before changing careers to work in the accounting industry. Angie has completed Certificate IV in accounting and various MYOB courses and has been with BMR since March 2019.
